I am delighted to be partnering with an exciting scale-up software business looking to expand its Talent Acquisition team to support international growth.
The business is at the forefront of technology and one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in Europe, boosted by a recent Series D round of funding! They are looking to double headcount across Europe in 2021 and therefore need top recruitment talent to support them on this journey.
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing the Engineering focused TA team and will own the development and execution of the engineering recruitment strategy. They will be a key strategic partner to the business, working closely with stakeholders to effectively manage all recruitment processes and ensure a fantastic service from the team both internally and externally. The TA Lead will also be responsible for reviewing and improving processes, driving efficiencies, and challenging the status quo to ensure optimal performance. They will also work closely with employer branding specialists to ensure the business is established and an employer of choice across Europe!
In order to be successful in this role you will need to bring substantial experience and knowledge of leading an engineering focused recruitment team and ideally exposure to a high-growth or scaling technology business. This role requires someone who can be creative, innovative and strives
for exceptional service to both the business and external market. Ability to develop a team of more junior recruiters and implement successful structure and process is also key. Finally, the TA Lead must be comfortable partnering at a leadership level and will be experienced in influencing through the use of data and analytics to drive informed decision making.
