My client, a new disrupter brand within the Telecommunications industry, are seeking an experienced internal recruiter to assist them with a number of hires until the end of the year, however as the business is rapidly growing it is likely the contract will be extended further.
The role will include partnering with senior stakeholders to understand the business's needs, where there are current skill gaps within teams and educating them on talent available on the market. Managing campaign led recruitment through the agency PSL, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency. There will also be an element of hands-on recruitment, utilising online job boards, social networks, referrals and LinkedIn. You will need to be able to run an end-to-end recruitment process including telephone screenings, face to face interviews, offer management and onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have experience across engineering, industrial or sales recruitment, confident to work autonomously, and keen to work for a rapidly growing business with lots of opportunity.
