Am working with a leading commercial real estate firm in their search for a Recruitment Manager.
As the firm enters an exciting period of growth and expansion this is a pivotal role for them, leading and developing their talent acquisition function.
Working as part of a wider HR team this will be initially a stand alone role that will see you partnering closely with leadership and senior managers to deliver an efficient and effective candidate experience.
This role will see the successful candidate working across the talent acquisition spectrum from partnering with internal stakeholders on best approach to market, being a trusted advisor on the candidate experience and EVP as well as delivering a seamless TA process.
Alongside these tasks you will also oversee and monitor time to hire, challenges and opportunities to improve the process and branding of the firm. You will report into the Senior HRRP and collaboratively work across bot experience hores and imput into early careers.
The firm is looking tp meet with candidate who are either looking for their next step up or alredy operating at Manager level and looking for a new challenge. You will either be coming from agency side moving in house or already operating as an internal recruitment specialist. Ideally you will recruit into professional services or financial services and be accustomed to operating in a high touch organisation.
