I am delighted to be working with a professional, successful and innovative property business that prides itself on a great culture created by great people! They are looking to appoint a Recruitment Manager to join their team.

As Recruitment Manager, you will lead the recruitment team of 2 direct reports and responsible for managing the recruitment processes to source and hire talent into our business across all departments up to Senior Manager level. You will manage and work alongside the In-House Recruiters to find suitable candidates and ensure that their full recruitment experience represents the culture of the business and maintains the excellent reputation they have built. Key areas of this role will also include building a fit for purpose recruitment strategy and support and upskill your two in house recruiters. This role will have exposure to the CEO and other company Directors and will work with the Head of HR on talent strategy and departmental budgeting.

Within this position you will be managing the day-to-day recruitment journey from hiring to onboarding managing the Interview processes and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout. Within this role you will set service expectations ensuring delivery of KPIs and SLAs both internally and externally. You will review and enhance selection and assessment criteria and structure to ensure a seamless candidate experience and organise recruitment events including graduate fairs and schemes to directly hire where possible.

To be successful in this position you will have worked in a in house talent or recruitment team with management experience. You will have excellent examples of direct hiring and the ability to bring thought leadership to effective and high quality recruitment processes. Typically working on 20 - 30 roles at any one time across the team you will be used to fast paced environments. If you have experience recruiting into sales or property this would desirable.
