A boutique global asset management firm are looking to hire their first ever Recruitment Manager to take complete ownership for the firms recruitment strategy and sourcing efforts. This is an extremely exciting time to join the business which will provide you the opportunity to set the recruitment strategy, build out the recruitment function and allow you to be a part of something truly great.
Reporting directly into the Head of HR you will be responsible for everything from employer branding, sourcing strategies, behavioural interviewing, process development, social media as well as coaching managers through the interview and selection process. As well as owning the recruitment strategy and owning projects such as an ATS implementation you will also be expected to be hands-on with recruitment for the business globally through direct sourcing channels as well as managing relationships with agencies and search firms when needed.
To be successful within this role you will need demonstrable full life-cycle recruiting experience within an in-house environment as well as the aptitude to manage multiple requisitions and the ability to working within a fast pace, ever changing environment.
In-house Financial Services experience is a must with candidates ideally possessing asset/investment management or private equity experience but all Financial Services backgrounds will be considered.
