A well-known and highly reputable global law firm is hiring a Legal Recruitment Coordinator to join their London-based team. In this role, you will work alongside the EMEA Human Resource team and the US Lateral Recruitment team to assist with the lateral legal recruitment in London and across the EMEA region. This is a career-changing opportunity for a legal agency recruiter wanting to make the move in house or for a current internal recruitment assistant wanting to take the next step and propel their internal recruitment career.
In this role, you will be actively involved in the end-to-end recruitment process for the firm, including interviewing candidates alongside partners and managing the offer process. You will also assist the team with Partner recruitment on an adhoc basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with key stakeholders on a daily basis and you will work very closely with the Director of Legal Recruitment. This close working relationship will allow you to truly develop your recruitment skills.
As the ideal candidate, you will either be a current legal agency recruiter or a current internal recruitment assistant within the Professional Services industry. Having experience with fee-earner recruitment and interviewing is desirable. You should have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Overall, a strong passion for recruitment should shine through.
