An interim Recruitment Advisor position to support the organisation on a part time basis, 3 days per week. This role will oversee end to end recruitment services, from meeting with managers to discuss vacancies through to posting job adverts, screening applicants and assisting with interview processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced internal recruiter who has managed the end to end process from advertising through to interviewing, compliance and on-boarding. You must be available for an immediate start.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for variety of vacancies. Duties will include:
- Engagement with the Hiring Managers to create job requisition
- Posting job adverts
- Proactive searching for applicants
- Coordinating and managing the interview process
- Managing the required compliance process including referencing
- Supporting the onboarding process
As you will be working from home, you must be pro-active with a can do attitude and confident in relationship building.
You will be immediately available and will be able to start straight away. Due to current restrictions, you will work from home.
