Recruitment Administrator

A leading accountancy firm is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their fun and collaborative team! This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to be really hands on in the recruitment process and gain exposure to the business from day one.

You will be responsible for providing recruitment administration support to the London based recruitment team. Excitingly, this role involves managing the end to end candidate management process for both experienced hire and graduate recruitment, to deliver a superb experience to internal senior stakeholders and candidates.

This is a really hands on role which will offer you a great deal of exposure and opportunities to really develop your skillset from day one. You must have exceptional organisational skills, proven experience in building strong relationships and excellent interpersonal skills.

The team are incredibly hard working, have the ability to work together as well as autonomously and take real pride in their work. They are looking for someone who is like minded and will fit in with the culture.
