Based in Morristown, NJ, our energy industry client is hiring a Recruiting Manager. This is a team leadership role, and will manage 5 recuiters (3 FTEs and 2 contractors) who are currently handling a requisition load of approximately 300 openings across 41 facilities nationally.
Recruitment for the field at this company has historically been handled by the business leaders in partnership with the regional HR business partners. This is a newly created role as a result of HR and business leadership's decision to centralize recruitment for all plants nationally. This is an incredible opportunity for a recruiting leader who has proven experience building the capability and wants to do it all over again in partnership with a highly engaged business leadership team. Key goals for this manager will entail developing a cohesive and effective team, working with field leadership to determine the best strategy for successful centralization of recruitment, building out reporting capabilities, harmonizing recruitment practices across the field and generating cost savings.
Our client is seeking candidates with 8+ years of experience in recruitment leadership for manufacturing, engineering, and/or supply chain.
