Our client, a global media company, is seeking a Recruiting Lead for their office located in Downtown NYC. This new role will support the firm's Talent Acquisition function for the entire US region with all recruiting efforts, candidate screening, sourcing, scheduling of interviews, debriefing with hiring managers on all hiring needs and activities pertaining to the full life cycle recruitment process. In addition this person will partner closely with leadership and the HR team on streamlining processes, upgrading the current ATS, establishing long terms goals from an operational and strategic stand point and other ad hoc projects related to the hiring process. The ideal candidate brings impeccable organizational, coordination and communication skills, the ability and high level of interest to manage high-volume, detailed work in a mature and professional manner along with an engaging, proactive and collaborative style.
Core responsibilities will include:
