I am working with a global financial services business, who are in a significant growth mode. This requires them to bring in additional recruiters for their UK hiring push, with an initial focus on the compliance and operations teams. The organisation is fast paced, quick and constantly evolving so individuals who understand best practice talent acquisition practices is critical.
Reporting into the EMEA TA Manager, this role is initially on a 3 month FTC, but with the possibility to extend or go permanent. The role will focus on delivering circa 90-110 hires across the UK compliance function, work closely with internal stakeholders to coach and shape the hiring function as well as effectively ideally lead on direct sourcing.
