Our client is an extremely successful, rapidly growing, independent PR agency. They're looking to add a Recruiter to their HR team who will work alongside 3 colleagues in Talent Acquisition and report into a Head of Talent Acquisition, who the company recently hired. This role will be based in Midtown Manhattan and will sit onsite 3 days per week. They have a total of 12 FTEs on the HR team supporting a client population of 250 globally, with several offices across The US and 1 office in The UK. Their business is booming and the recruitment team is collectively handling approximately 75 open requisitions. They need to add an additional member to the team in order to be able to continue providing a high touch service to both their hiring managers and candidates.

The company has an exceptional culture which focuses heavily on employee development. They have a good track record of retention. The firm has been in business for nearly thirty years, but has experienced exponential growth in the last decade. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior recruiting experience in the PR industry with solid portable contacts. Experience in the financial services or investor relations PR sector would be a plus.
