You will be responsible for developing policies and procedures to keep up to date with market trends and ensure a positive candidate experience.

From an operational perspective, you will be involved in directly sourcing candidates having worked closely with senior stakeholders/line managers in your designated business areas to clarify requirements and specifications, leading on competency based interviews and upskilling managers and ensuring diversity and inclusion.

This role would suit someone who has experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and isnt afraid to suggest new ideas and implement change. You must be resilient and have great initiative, as well as being a real team player and somoene who is easy to build a relationship with.
