This role has a broad remit, allowing you to get involved in a variety of different projects across Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, Performance & HR Systems, as well as ad-hoc projects to provide guidance and advice to HR & the wider firm. The main function of this role is to implement a successful Reward strategy which will help to attract, retain and motivate staff for this growing firm. The role will be reporting directly into the Director of Performance & Reward and will sit within the HR team.
You will have strong analytical capabilities, with a proven track record of producing accurate management information. You will have advanced capabilities in Excel and will have expertise utilizing at least one HR System previously. Experience of administering International Compensation & Benefits will allow you to hit the ground running in this role as it has a global remit. You will thrive working in fast paced environment and have a great eye for detail. Due to the role having a broad remit, no two days will be the same, so being able to manage competing demands will be essential for your success in this role.
