People Partner, Seattle
Our client is a successful, entrepreneurial technology firm in the Seattle market looking for a People Partner to support their HR offerings in the US. Currently with just under 250 employees, they are in full scaling mode and expect to double in size as their technology has taken the market by storm. The US has headcount of around 50 and plans to get closer to 100 in the states by end of the year as revenues increase exponentially. The role is a full human resources business partner, however, recruitment and talent will be a strong focus given the growth demands. Additionally the position will foster strategic value with C-level executives and key business stakeholders, manage positive employee relations, rewards, learning, organizational effectiveness, policy development and HR projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in HR ideally within the high tech sector and have the ability to build credibility with senior leadership and employees at all levels. HR experience gained in a large best practices tech firm combined with background in a start-up, scaling company is highly preferred.
