This Manchester based company is looking for an HR Business Partner to align strategically across two client groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively and build relationships within a true Business Partnering capacity working strategically to implement the people agenda.
As the HR Business Partner for a client group of c.300 in total you will work closely with the Divisional MD and senior leadership teams to understand their business objectives, challenges, opportunities and risks, and to plan and implement HR initiatives and interventions to drive key areas such as performance management, employee engagement, increasing capability, retention and communications. This will include working with the COE to ensure optimum and efficient support and execution. You will also play a key part in coaching, developing and supporting line management to develop their people management capability, implementing key strategic HR initiatives and managing specific Group HR projects to deliver solutions.
The successful candidate will preferably have worked in an HR Business Partnering capacity within a Financial Services company. With extensive experience of acting as a true Business Partner and as a trusted advisor, your experience will include driving capability and performance, organisation design and development, and managing change programmes. Commercially aware, you will have strong communication and influencing skills and be able to liaise effectively and build relationships at all levels.
The company operates a hybrid working model and you will need to be able to access central Manchester. There will also be travel to London on occasion. The role comes with an attractive £base salary, car allowance, bonus and benefits.
