Payroll & Benefits Assistant - £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus & Benefits- City of London
Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading Law firm in the recruitment of a Payroll & Benefits Assistant on a permanent basis.
This role will be working alongside another team member and dealing with the payroll population for the firm.
Our client is offering Hybrid working.
- Processing monthly Payroll including RTI and posting Payroll Journals.
- Administering the day to day duties for UK payroll from start to finish including starters, leavers, SSP, SMP/alabaster calculations, SPP, SAP, ShPP, auto-enrolment and pension management etc. Manual calculations alongside systems when needed
- Ensuring Day to day Payroll tasks are completed in line with monthly deadlines.
- Processing month end and year end reports.
- Payroll reconciliation.
- Working closely with the wider HR and finance teams.
- Liaising with benefits and pensions providers.
- Updating monthly content on the firms benefits platform.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of UK Payroll and pensions.
- Experience to manual payroll processing
- Strong excel skills.
