Our client, a non-profit, environmental advocacy organization with ~600 employees, is looking to hire an Organizational Effectiveness and Development Leader, reporting to the CHRO and working in close partnership with the HR and Business leadership to transform the HR function and operating model across the organization. The business recently restructured their organizational model and in turn, needs to reexamine their HR processes to ensure alignment and effective delivery of HR services to the organization. The OE/OD Leader will manage a team of 4 resources, 2 of which are newly created roles within the HR structure, including a communications specialist and a project manager.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and functional expertise in the OE/OD vertical. Aptitude for business process reengineering is vital. Also critical to success will be practical experience supporting a business through transformation beyond just strategic planning. Given that our client is in the non-profit sector, diplomacy, influencing skills, and experience working successfully in environments that aren't overly corporate (i.e. command and control) in terms of their governance model, will help to ensure fit and successful outcomes in this role.
If you are already acquainted with one of our recruitment consultants at Frazer Jones & Maximum Management, please bypass the application process and contact that recruiter directly. Please note that our client is not providing relocation, nor visa sponsorship, for this role. Thank you.
