My London based client is a boutique Management Consultancy that focuses on Talent Assessment and Leadership Development. They are looking for Management Consultants with specific experience of Talent Assessment, Leadership Development, cultural/behavioural change combined with strong expertise consulting in diversity and inclusion.
This position will involve working across industries with clients providing expertise in diversity and inclusion, assessment and leadership development solutions at c-suite level. Combining psychological and behavioural insight with a thorough understanding of the clients' business needs and strategy will be key.
You will possess previous experience of working within a client facing capacity as a Management Consultant and providing diversity and inclusion, talent assessment and leadership development solutions. As such you will likely possess a post-graduate qualification in Occupational Psychology and have worked within a Big 4, mid-market or boutique management consultancy. Strong commercial acumen combined with credibility/gravitas/impact in front of senior level executives to develop long term, high-level business relationships is key, as well as your ability to develop new business.
