  • Create, maintain, and distribute interview schedules and evaluation forms
  • Greet candidates and escort to interviews as necessary
  • Draft offer letters and mail hard copies to candidates
  • Schedule orientation sessions and compile orientation schedules
  • Process interview reimbursement requests
  • Support the Manager and Coordinator with gathering and assessing Firm wide talent-related data, generating reports for Firm leadership, handling law school registrations for on-campus interviews and other projects as requested
  • Maintain application tracking system (viRecruit) and update spreadsheets as appropriate
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation process
  • Assist in coordinating on-campus interviewers and preparing materials for on-campus interviewers
  • Schedule callback interviews. Create, maintain, and distribute interview schedules and evaluation forms for callback candidates
  • Coordinate law school campus recruiting events throughout the year, including sign-ups, securing attendees, gathering and sending materials


  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of applicable experience in a professional service industry
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information
  • Ability to interact with attorneys and staff in a professional manner; ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and coordinate several activities at one time
