Learning & Development Manager

Up to ~130k base plus bonus
Our client is a leading professional services firm who is seeking a global L&D Manager to be based in their Hartford area office location (post-Covid). This role is part of a strategic rebuild of the firm's Learning team and will be charged with innovating and elevating their offerings. The role will ultimately lead a small team.
The ideal profile is a L&D/Talent professional with multi-location or global experience, strong people development skills, demonstrated strategic capability and the ability engage and influence at the senior-most levels of the firm. This hire will ideally have professional services industry experience, though diversity of background combined with a progressive and forward-thinking mindset is most welcome. You have experience developing and launching innovative learning programs across tenures and roles, in partnership with functional and organizational leadership.
This role present the opportunity to leverage a strong foundation in the L&D space to develop and achieve the firm's ambitious Learning goals.
