The job will support a number of business critical populations who are extremely expert in their fields and for which there is a general skill shortage in your local market and to make your job that bit more complicated, the business is going through huge transformation which is making your client group even more niche, in short supply and in need of creative development plans and clear, aspirational career paths.
As part of a senior team, you will support embedding the new global structure whilst maintaining operational excellence and building capability at all levels. This will include early careers development programmes, student placements, mid and senior management and leadership populations in your client groups. They are savvy, creative and expert and want a first class development service from their employer. You will look at real succession planning and talent management solutions to bridge gaps during transformation and plan long term capability - and all the while using cutting edge e-learning technological solutions.
