New role: L&D Business Partner, professional services firm with multiple locations throughout the UK. Salary up to £55K + benefits.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading Professional Services firm who is in growth mode which naturally puts L&D as a key priority. This is a newly created role where you will work with key stakeholders to shape and evolve the L&D strategy and define future skills and capabilities to ensure the organisation can achieve their ambitions for growth.
As the L&D expert you will use your experience and skilled consultancy to scope, design and deliver development programmes and solutions that build colleague, leader, team and business capability. You will partner with all business areas in relation to L&D needs for individuals, teams and senior professionals. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of a comprehensive, accessible, and inclusive L&D offering, this will be a mix of inhouse, e-learning and external providers. You will conduct needs analysis to identify learning requirements, , you will coach and support managers providing solutions to learning needs within their teams. You will report into the HR projects manager and will be involved in shaping the future of talent and learning.
As this is a brand-new role with a blank canvas, you must have previous L&D experience within a Professional Services firm or a large partnership environment. You will be experienced in designing, leading, implementing, and evaluating highly engaging, innovative, blended learning interventions that deliver impactful change. Your commercial acumen along with your credibility and excellent relationship management will be of real interest to my client. You will demonstrate knowledge of up-to-date and cutting-edge learning solutions and technologies and have the ability to think strategically and also to execute at an operational level.
