My client a global Oil and Energy business are looking to hire a Learning and Development Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract that could extend.
You will be responsible for coordinating the yearly learning and development initiatives and managing the training budget. You will assist with training schedules and the booking of training venues for your client group. Supporting with the delivery of L&D workshops in order to improve work efficacy. Providing an advisory service to senior stakeholders and employees based in the UK you will be acting as the main point of contact around 80 staff members. This is a great opportunity to join a diverse global business- whilst this isn't a requirement additional languages are always a bonus for this role!
To carry out this role you will ideally be immediately available and have background in Learning and Development. You will ideally have experience working in a fast paced industry and be a natural problem solver.
