We are delighted to have partnered with an amazing management consultancy that is looking to hire a strong L&D Administrator to join the HR team. Last year the L&D Manager joined and started to focus on the L&D side of the HR team. They are now looking for a strong team member to help out with all the day-to-day L&D related administration.
As the L&D Administrator you will bring previous office administration or L&D/HR experience to the team and L&D is your passion and the department you would like to develop yourself in. The office is based in London and they offer hybrid working to let you have a nice work-life balance.
Some of your main duties will be:
- Support the L&D Manager with the day-to-day L&D related administration.
- Liaise with external parties who are involved in the training sessions.
- Assist with any virtual and face-to-face training queries.
- Help other departments if required.
