A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Leadership Development manager to join a leading international media organisation based in West London. The role will be part of a diverse and innovative talent development function and will focus on the most senior population to drive both personal growth and business performance.
The Leadership development Manager will focus on developing leader capability through designing and delivering world-class programmes focusing on personal well-being, leadership and coaching skills and innovation in business. They will utilise a number of internal tools and bespoke methodologies around AGILE and Design Thinking principles and also partner with third party provider when relevant. They will also embrace digital tools, creative tech solutions alongside more traditional methods to ensure a well-rounded offering to the leadership population suitable for varying needs and programmes.
In order to be successful in this role you will have extensive experience supporting organisations (either internally or via a management consultancy) to design, develop and deliver leadership development programmes using forward thinking methodologies. Experience with a variety of psychometric and assessment techniques will be hugely advantageous, as will an occupational psychology qualification. Senior level relationship building and influencing skills will also be key.
