One of the world's largest independent financial advisory groups is looking for a L&D Analyst to join the team on a 6 - 12 month FTC. Reporting into the Head of L&D, you will be responsible for delivering the firms L&D strategy and ensuring goals are met.
More specifically, as a L&D Analyst, you will be responsible for;
- Learning and Development programmes for all career levels
- Performance management
- Leadership programmes
- Diversity and Inclusion initiaitives
- Developing E-Learning
This role will require someone with a background in a learning and development function, ideally within financial services. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels. You must also have exceptional organisational skills and be a real team player.
