Junior Recruiter/Coordinator (Contract to Permanent)
Up to 60k base + bonus on full-time basis
Our client is a young, exceptionally high growth proprietary trading firm that is seeking a junior Recruiter/Coordinator to join their Human Capital team. This role will report directly to the Head of Human Capital for the firm and will hit the ground running with Fall campus recruiting activity. With longer term development as a Recruiter, the position will also offer broader HR exposure in this small, collaborative and hands-on environment. Due to the firm's immediate hiring need, they will start this hire in a contract capacity with the intent of converting to full-time as soon as possible.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong academic record, intellect and ambition to grow as a recruiting professional. At minimum, you bring strong internship experience, or up to a year of full-time, related professional experience, with some preference for exposure to financial services, tech or other high-caliber environments.
