An international, market leading professional services firm are now looking to add an HR Adviser to their growing International Mobility team, to support & lead in the coordination of their international secondments and ad-hoc Global Mobility cases. This rewarding role will see you engaging worldwide across their office network, providing a high quality service to their assignees and helping to evolve their International Mobility service.
You will be providing day-to-day support in mobility by drafting cost projections and contracts, processing invoices and supporting the Senior Adviser on providing assignee briefings for inbound and outbound moves. You will share International Mobility knowledge across the worldwide team to ensure it is implemented consistently and play a key role in ensuring the firm is immigration and regulatory compliant.
The firm is ideally looking to meet candidates who have a sound understanding of Global Mobility and the processes involved as it will help you to hit the ground running in this role and support the team effectively. Working collaboratively with others and being a proactive and creative problem solver will allow you to excel in this role.
