An exclusive opportunity to join a phenomenal global Financial Services brand experiencing repeated high growth. My client has identified a need for a new Business Partner to join their London HR team as a dedicated support to the German markets who are in high growth and are setting up a new successful business area.
They would love for this person to have an interest in engagement and culture to ensure the new business and new starters are aligned to their values and values around diversity and inclusion and continual development.
This is a critical role for the business in helping to set-up and shape a new highly successful business area. This person will enjoy a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This person will be visible to the business and leaders and advise on HR policy, process, systems and employment legislation. You will drive HR initiatives and be an advocate for the HR agenda. You will support employee queries and any administration as required.
In addition to the Business Partners, there is a wider specialist HR team that focuses on Europe to leverage support, they are lively and friendly. This role would be developed and coached by a fantastic Senior HR Business Partner and Head of.
Highly Competitive Salary: Above market rate, alongside a generous reward and benefits (Bonus/Private medical / Pension scheme)
Essentials: Must be fluent in German for both verbal and written communications.
Desirable: Knowledge of German employment law / legislation.
Location: London with travel to Germany as and where required, or based in Germany.
