Do you have a background in talent development, with an ability to work at pace across multiple stakeholders and geographies? If so then this Talent & OD Manager role (12 moth FTC maternity cover) could be a great fit. My client is a global insurance business in the insurance/reinsurance market with a population of circa 350 split between the UK, EMEA and Bermuda.
The role will drive two core projects. The first is the analysis and design of a new employee engagement survey, using the results of the recent program which is a new provider to interpret the employee engagement levels and tailor programs to suit their needs. This will also involve importing other various modules onto the same software, which is Glint. Secondly this role will play a leading part in the design and rollout of a new management development program, aimed to scope the leadership development skills of both future talent and mid-management.
The position will have autonomy for the UK & EMEA talent/OD offering so requires a Talent & OD Manager who is confident in both design and delivery, can shape the agenda as well as handle multiple complex stakeholders. Workday is the preferred system at the client, so an ability to navigate that would be helpful. Also, having a technical understanding of LMS's and various talent development modules would be advantageous.
This role will be starting on a WFH basis, but once it has been deemed safe to return to the office there will likely be an element of commuting into London as the underwriting team are based in the insurance district.
