We currently working with a leading global law firm on an exciting Senior HR Manager role for a 14-month fixed term contract. The role is to cover a maternity leave and due to start in May 2022.
The role itself will be overseeing the HR Advisory team and managing 5 direct reports. This team is the front facing part of HR and works closely with other specialist HR teams to support the firm. The Senior Manager is responsible for the overall service delivery of the function and ensuring consistency across the populations.
You will also provide support on complex ER cases and people issues, monitoring and updating HR policies, keeping abreast of industry trends and developments, and overseeing the annual HR activities including performance reviews, moderation processes etc.
In addition to the above, the role will also be aligned to working with the Head of HR on a variety of projects including Diversity & Inclusion and the transition to a hybrid working model.
You must have some legal/professional services experience to be considered for this role and operated as a senior generalist with significant line management responsibility. The role requires a strong HR Business Partner who can flex their style and has the ability to build relationships with all levels of seniority. Given the line management responsibility, you must be able to juggle a team alongside a busy workload whilst ensuring a high level of professionalism and integrity.
