A fast growing private equity business is now looking to hire an experienced HR Systems Manager to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract. This exciting and rewarding role will be to act as the firm's HRIS expert, ensuring data governance standards are maintained, relationships with external system providers are optimised and internal managers have access to superior MI reports. This multi-faceted role will suit an HRIS Manager with a passion for maintaining system integrity, being the SME for all things data and be the contact point between HR, IT and senior stakeholders. Core duties will cover: Systems Management, being responsible for maintaining accurate system information through quality assurance checks to ensure data is accurate. Identify the root cause of data inaccuracy and implement process changes where needed to address, supervise day-to-day activities of HR systems and provide guidance and training to users as required, responsible for developing and maintaining a key operational relationship with IT to align HR's system strategy, act as the operational point of contact with system suppliers and work with suppliers on the best way of managing data and workflow in their systems. Regularly review product upgrades and work with HR and IT to assess the impact of changes, future planned developments and update the product journey map accordingly, management of system upgrades and coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT). Other duties will cover: Process Management, running weekly operational reports and contribute to leading the HR weekly meeting and setting overall direction, consult with the HR team and stakeholders within the business to develop reports and deliver analysis from data, coordinating projects in line with annual process calendar by communicating project updates and progress, responsible for managing the HR annual process calendar - Performance Management, Remuneration Review and Benefits renewal. As a result, the business is looking to meet candidates with strong HRIS experience (not as a project manager) together with knowledge of LMS (Cornerstone would be an advantage) and familiarity of working within an HR Team.
