The job is to help at a very busy time as the HR team prepares for 2021 growth and Brexit.
Supporting the HR Advisor and Business Partner team, you'll will build better processes and work-flows so that they can operate and give a better service in the short term whilst enabling them to use fit for purpose tools in the long terms.
You will ideally have experience in the following areas: creating sales incentive plans and mapping that back to performance reviews. Working with Sales leaders to agree KPIs and what high performance looks like. You will have some reward experience - factoring in equity plans for new hires. You will have over seen payroll - worked with outsourced providers as well as worked on a number for generalist projects that cover the whole employee life cycle.
£70K FTC or £350 per day. 3 months with potential to be extended. All home based but you can work in the central Office if you wish.
