We are delighted to be supporting a leading professional services business (+3,000 staff) in their search for an Interim Global Head of Compensation. This newly created role would suit a Head of Reward with EMEA/APAC experience looking to scale out their jurisdictional remit, or an existing Global Head looking for a new challenge. Available initially for 6 months, the key functions of the role will be to lead the compensation team (x3 direct reports) and advise the business on the best structures and processes to ensure their global business continues to thrive. The Head of Compensation will play an integral role in the strategic direction and operational delivery of a global compensation function, including planning, development, implementation and maintenance of projects, policies and procedures. Working closely with the Global Directors of People, the purpose of this role will be to design and implement professional compensation solutions and bonus programs globally, which will contribute to the successful delivery of the firm's business objectives. BAU operational duties will be to lead and administer the annual compensation review including analysing and modelling/costing scenarios, developing processes, tools, guidelines and communications for salary, bonus and the provision of reward related MI including Equal Pay and Gender Pay statistics, as well as participate in compensation benchmarking surveys for employees and management and provide reports on compensation market trends through research and analysis of formal and informal salary surveys ensuring competitive positioning and internal equity.

As a result, the firm is looking to meet with experienced reward leaders who are either immediately available or within a one month notice period with proven success within a complex matrixed business, together with proven skills in leading a distributed reward team. The role requires significant experience within compensation and financial analysis in a global business that has significant presence in the UK and (ideally) the US.
