As Change Manager, you will have a proven background in OD, change management, consultations and TUPE and all of that within a very large-scale business. You will not be designing the overall organisation structure, rather working on pockets of change, preparing documentation, workflows, and process maps for all the smaller projects within the overall programme.
This role would suit someone form Human Capital consulting who has worked for very large client. It would also suit a generalist who has working on technically difficult change.
£60K, 12 months FTC. Based at home and then in central Manchester and home once the office opens again.
