A Global Investment Bank are currently looking to hire three interim Transformation Change and Implementation Managers on an interim basis.

The TPM Transformation and Implementation Work-stream objective is to:

  • Ensure stakeholder and sponsor buy in, agreement and support for the new process organisational design (OD)
  • Ensure the bank has a cohesive understanding of the direction TPM is moving to achieve the target state
  • Ensure the successful 'go-live' and embedding of the new Target Operating Model so that role holders are executing their new roles effectively and the bank is managing risk of working with third parties to the required high standards
  • Working as a key lead of the TPM Transformation programme to ensure delivery success
  • Working close to all senior stakeholders across all Regions (GCB2+)
  • Oversight of a change team of c10FTE+ and overseeing external consultants

The Change Adoption Senior Manager will be accountable for delivering all core change deliverables aligned to BTF and against plan to the required level of quality and completeness for each Release in the TPM Programme, including, but not limited to:

  1. High level change analysis
  2. Detailed change impact assessments
  3. Change Personas and Change Journeys
  4. Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Plans
  5. Recognition Plans
  6. Support TNAs and Training Deployment
  7. Usage and Adoption Plans
  8. Business Readiness Reporting
  9. Transition to BAU

Reporting to the TPM Transformation Head of Change and Implementation

Key working relationships:

  • Head of Change & Implementation for TPM, Training Lead and Change Communications Leads
  • All TPM Work-streams including Process, Technology and Organisation Design
  • Global and Regional TPM Teams, as required
  • Key Stakeholders in Global Businesses and Global Functions, Markets, Regions and Countries
  1. Delivered C&I work-streams for large, complex global business transformation programmes in the bank
  2. Experience 10+ years in Change & Implementation across industry and consultancy
  3. Able to think and work strategically, and work independently
  4. Experience in coaching and supporting Change Leaders, Change Agents
  5. Change & Implementation experience
  6. Background in Procurement / Supplier or Contract Management / TPM / TPR beneficial, but not essential

Key skills / experience required

  • Change & Implementation: deep expertise in full lifecycle delivering from Initiation through to Closure, focusing on delivering sustainable change in the business, that delivers benefits and positive outcomes for our staff, customers and shareholders.
  • PROSCI or PCI Certified Practitioner and / or Consultancy equivalent - essential
  • Consultancy and Industry experience
  • Experience of Risk / Regulatory and / or Procurement and / or Operating Model Transformation Programmes preferred
  • AGILE: previous experience of delivering change in AGILE programmes preferred, as well as and Waterfall programmes
