I am assisting my client with their search for an Inclusion manager who will join the business reporting to the Head of Talent and Learning supporting them with the delivery of the business' D&I strategy with a specific focus on the firm's gender balance and ethnicity workstreams.

The inclusion manager role sits within the CSR and Inclusion team working closely with two other inclusion managers who focus on the firm's other inclusion pillars - disability, LGBTQ+ and social mobility working cohesively with the wider Hr function and the firm's inclusion partners and employee networks. The role will have support of two inclusion advisors and a coordinator.

As the Inclusion manager it will be your responsibility to drive and manage global and UK projects and activity in support of the firm's diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing strategy with a focus on gender balance and ethnicity. You will have to manage the day-to-day operational activities of the team where you will also be required to oversee and become the key point of contact for UK and EMEA based diversity networks and committees.

As the subject matter expert for all Genderbalance and ethnicity networks globally, you will contribute to the ongoing development and execution of the business' D&I strategy working closely The Head of Talent and Learning, the firm's Inclusion partner population and your HR colleagues to advise on key people processes relevant to the D&I Agenda.

The role will have you not only engaging with your internal stakeholders but also engaging with external clients and diversity membership partners and professional diversity networks on all matters surrounding gender balance and ethnicity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate D&I manager coming from a professional services sector background who has had recent exclusive managerial focus on the D&I space. It would be beneficial to have experience building strong long-lasting relationships both internally and externally with clients and some experience with project management and diversity benchmarking processes whilst maintaining an up to date knowledge of relevant equity legislation as well as best practice strategies to progress ethnicity and gender inclusion.

This will be an exciting and very engaging role which will require to you have the skills to manage multiple stakeholders whilst maintaining a firm approach with decision making.
