My client is a well known and highly recognised firm who have a great reputation and presence within the market. Due to growth, they have a new role for a Recruiter to be based at their offices in Leeds. The recruitment team is key to their growth, they champion the brand and support, inclusive and diverse recruitment processes.
This role offers hybrid and flexible working along with the opportunity to be creative and get in involved in various projects around Diversity & Inclusion, employee engagement and interviewing skills workshops.
Salary is up to £45K with a very competitive benefits package.
As the Recruiter for the North, you will report into the Recruitment lead and have responsibility for all vacancies across the Northern region. You will be expected to proactively attract and recruit talented professionals, building talent pipelines and creating talent pools. You will partner with your business units to fully understand their teams and requirements, providing expert advice and market intelligence. You will educate them around the recruitment process and ensure communication and SLA's are being met. You will use your expertise to drive multiple channels of recruitment through headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and social media platforms. As the Recruiter you will be an employer brand ambassador and work with your hiring managers to ensure you fully understand the business unit's strategy, products & services in order to "market" the roles and attract the right talent.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a solid work history of operating as an in-house recruiter, ideally within a Professional Services environment. You will have drive and ambition to provide a seamless and positive recruitment service for all candidates as well as your hiring managers. You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to develop and build effective stakeholder relationships. Your expertise within sourcing through multiple channels and initiative to think outside the box when it comes to candidate attraction will be of real interest to my client. Your proactive and self-motivated attitude along with your drive, enthusiasm and forward-thinking approach will allow you to be a huge success.
