Our client, an iconic brand in the fashion industry, is looking for a talented Human Resources Director to support a population of about 200 corporate employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success from the fashion, apparel, retail or consumer goods industry where they have made strategic impact. Reporting in to a highly regarded Vice President this role will manage talent, strategic planning, organizational development, change management, rewards and employee relations in addition to other HR responsibilities as needed. In this role you will align HR & business strategy, provide advice & counsel in the areas of organizational development, talent management, workforce planning; partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the attraction & retention of top talent, resolve complex HR issues, streamline organizational processes & craft business/people solutions. A college degree is required with a minimum of 10+ years of experience. The ability to build influential relationships with key business stakeholders is critical.
