A newly created HR Systems Specialist role is now available on a 12 month fixed term contract within a global professional services firm. Key duties will be to provide general support to system users, including answering "how to" type questions, providing advice on procedures, monitoring data quality, training new users, writing and running ad-hoc reports, generating and circulating global management information and handling ad-hoc requests for HR data and MI. Specific duties will be to: design and delivery of new functionality and processes, engage independently with colleagues across the global HR team to drive forward best practice around systems and reporting. Deliver high-quality, repeatable training for new members of the global HR team and develop relationships within the HR systems team to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across HR systems. Use of knowledge gained through user interaction to actively improve the quality of HR systems and processes. You will also get some exposure in the specification and configuration of new system features subject to work and time commitments. As a result the firm is looking to meet HRIS Analysts/HR Systems Specialists who can work with a range of stakeholders across the firm globally and who can influence discussions on planning and delivery of the HR Systems roadmap. Full training on their HRIS is provided, but experience of a Core HR system, including absences, international assignments and basic configuration etc is required, as is an interest in, and aptitude for, developing new areas of HRIS functionality.
