HR / Recruitment Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a combined HR / Recruitment Assistant for a very well-reputed multinational corporation. Initially a Fixed Term Contract paying up to £28,000.
More specifically, as HR/Recruitment Assistant your duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for internal and external HR queries.
- Involvement in the onboarding of candidates and pre-screening process.
- Updating their HRIS system to ensure accurate data is maintained at all times.
- Posting adverts and screening CV response.
- Coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience working within a corporate, professional environment in a similar role.
- A flexible and proactive approach to organisation and planning your day and the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a clear understanding of what the Human Resources department does.
- Experience using an HRIS system.
