The Regional HR Services team is lead out of Hong Kong and supports around 600 staff across this region. The HR Shared Services Manager will be based in their regional HQ and manage a team of 6 (some remotely). The role reports into the Head of HR for the region but also works closely with colleagues in global HQ.
The team provides all first line HR advisory support to all staff and manage all HR operations across resourcing as well as HR life-cycle events. You will be responsible for supporting, coaching and mentoring the team, building strong relationships with HR peers and Managers within the region as well as work in a strong advisory role advising the business and HR colleagues with regard to policy, performance, employee relations as well as compliance matters. As the lead you will also be responsible for developing and driving service levels and the use of HR analytics and data to support decision making and drive further HR process improvements.
The role would suit somebody that has ideally worked within the B2C sector and has a strong track record in HR Shared services with at least 2 years people management experience. You should have good knowledge of employment legislation within Asia and should have experience with process improvement, establishing SLA's and driving service levels as well as very strong knowledge of HR technology, including reporting. Candidates that also have additional generalist experience within the areas Recruitment and ER would be preferred.
The role is open to Cantonese speakers based in Hong Kong.
