Are you a Reward professional with generalist HR experience, looking for a role that blends the two? Our fast-paced client in financial services are seeking a Reward Advisor to join them during a busy period as they are working on a number of projects, including making multiple acquisitions. This is a six month fixed-term contract with the strong possibility of being extended, or even made permanent.
You'll support the Head of HR with compensation and benefits processes, including the annual salary and bonus reviews, and will be the only professional delivering Reward in this tight-knit team. You'll help to administer pensions and benefits too, and support the firm's Total Reward strategy. In addition to your Reward responsibilities, you will also act as a trusted HR Advisor to the business on a range of generalist issues.
Your extensive background in compensation and benefits will be heavily relied upon by the business, as you will be acting in a standalone capacity at times. Your previous experience of providing high-quality HR, employment law and employee relations advice will allow you to provide a comprehensive service. You will bring skills in analysing data and working with HRIS systems so that you can have an immediate impact.
The firm's culture is fast-paced and friendly. It's an exciting time to join the business as they are undergoing a number of mergers and acquisitions.
I specialise in placing Reward professionals. I am working exclusively with this client and will be able to arrange immediate introductions to them for suitable candidates.
