The position will be based in San Jose, CA with heavy hybrid option (come into the office 2 days per week post covid restrictions being lifted and work from home the rest of the week). Our client, and exciting, established, and very successful global technology firm which develops IT security services worldwide and is comprised of several hundred employees across the US and EMEA, is seeking a projects and operations oriented HR business Partner to support their growing HR platform and align HR operations across domestic and global offices.
The ideal hire will be a solutions and execution-oriented individual skilled at building efficiencies and supporting the structure to enhance a collaborative, transparent and efficient HR function in the team and company through thoughtful management of HR systems and software.
If you are a strategic thought partner that drives adoption or initiatives of vertebral talent and business tools (such as L&D, and Talent Management platforms) as well as best practices to enhance company learning and culture, this position could be right for you.
In order to be successful, you'll be exceptional at assuring data integrity, and analyzing trends and messaging them back to to the business. Serving as a key partner to HR leadership on Compensation and Total Rewards strategy, you'll help drive implementation and execution.

5+ years experience in Human Resources in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability to execuite independently with a collaborative solution-oriented mindset ·
Solid working experience in compensation and data analysis
Significant working experience in project management · Previous HRIS management, ATS or other HR platforms
Strong Office 360 skills · Proficient in Excel and sharo critical thinking and problem-solving skills with existing ability to drive improvements and continuously simplify workflows · Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Comfortable working in a firm that values honesty and a growth mindset
Ideal but not required system exposures: ICIMS, Namely, MindTickle, Reflective, Salesforce, Tableau
