My client, a leading civil engineering company, are seeking an experienced HR Project coordinator to start immediately on a 9 month contract.
The role will be responsible for coordinating HR support to management and employees on assigned projects for a range of HR issues. Coordinating with the People Operations team and HR Business Partners on; assisting and coordinating with staffing, on-boarding, implementing HR policies and assignment conditions, mobilising and demobilising employees and facilitating with training & development.
Projects may also include; Staffing & recruitment, Compensation & benefits reviews, L & D, Employee Relations, and Data analytics.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in delivering client facing HR services to senior management, relevant generalist experience, and have operated within a project support position.
