New role - HR Manager. £35,000 + Excellent Pension

I am delighted to be working with this highly respectable and well established Not for Profit establishment in Guildford to help them recruit a HR Manager/HR Partner. This role is a key position within the business as it is critical in delivering comprehensive and professional HR services and support to their staff together with a wider business area.
As the HR Manager/HR Partner you will report into the HR Director and will act as the "go to" day to day HR Specialist. This is a busy and challenging role where you be responsible for a wide range of HR activities. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Facilitating the preparation of a comprehensive induction for new employees
Drafting and updating HR Policies, processes and procedures to review with the HR Director
Advising managers on HR best practice across a range of HR Topics
Administer staff annual appraisals
To keep up to date on employment legislation and HR best practices
This is an excellent time to be part of the business to achieve their mission and support their goals, so if you have an impressive generalist background, and strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation with the ability to apply these to a variety of situations this will be of great interest to my client. It is essential you can work autonomously with an attitude to be flexible and adapt to varying tasks presented.
This is position is being recruited for on either a full time basis (35 hours) or a four day week (28 hours) with Hybrid working being offered and an excellent pension
