We have a current opportunity for an HR Operations Manager working for a leading Banking and Financial Services organisation on a permanent basis.
The position will be based in their HQ in Sutton (3 days per week) and remote working for the remaining days.
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and personally delivering an excellent operational HR service to the Bank.
The HR Operations Manager will have responsibility for the delivery and oversight of payroll via a managed payroll provider, benefit administration, HR policies and procedures as well as other operational tasks and projects.
This is a broad role and the HR Operations Manager will be responsible for hands-on delivery of the responsibilities set out below and continuous process improvement.
The HR Operations Manager will be a role model and champion for the Bank's corporate values and HR team.
The successful candidate will have:
Proven track record as a HR Operations Manager in Financial services, ideally in Banking is essential.
Experience of operating in a busy, broad and diverse role, with a mix of team management and delivering hands on administration and advice is essential.
A subject matter expert for the HR team and line managers on HR Policies, and technical aspects of Payroll and benefits management and SMCR administration is essential.
Experience of working in an organisation in high growth would be advantageous.
SMCR experience and knowledge would be beneficial.
