We're partnering with a well-funded, scaling co-working spaces company, as they seek to hire an HR Operations Manager. The business has 500-600 employees globally, although at present the bulk of the employees are located across multiple locations in The US, as well as The UK and Singapore. There is a new HR leader in place who is being tasked with the maturation of HR process as the business continues its expansion with an emphasis on growing their footprint outside the US market. This role will report into a Head of HR Operations who has been with the company for several years, and will work alongside a coordinator on the team. This is a newly created role to support the growth of the organization. This is a hybrid role that can sit in any of the company's corporate locations in the Eastern or Central Time Zone - DC, Miami, Orland, Tampa Bay, Atlanta, Chicago, Indianapolis, Boston, Minneapolis, Kansas City (MO), Short Hills (NJ), NYC, Charlotte, Raleigh, Columbus (OH), Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Nashville, Austin, Dallas, or Houston.
Our client is seeking candidates with 5+ years in evolving roles within HR operations in a scaling environment. The company will be moving off of a PEO solution to their own HR system in 2022. Experience with implementation of an HRIS and other HR Systems is critical for success in this role. The company will continue to grow through M&A both domestically and globally, so that experience with due diligence and post-merger integration would be extremely beneficial. There will be a number of existing HR processes that need to be implement, as well as future state processes to address the evolving needs of the business. The HR Operations Team also deals with the management of stock options, although expertise in this area is not required. The HR Operations Team is a catch all for anything in HR that requires administrative maintenance with a focus on transitioning administration into a repeatable process that can be efficiently automated. The best candidate for this role will have a low ego, a can do attitude, and the ability to tackle a variety of projects, managing a multitude of tasks at a very high pace.
