My client works with schools across London to transform the lives of children through education. They are looking to recruit a HR Operations and Reward Manager.
As HR Operations and Reward Manager your primary focus will be on maintaining and improving the HR operations platform ensuring it aligns with all central services across the organisation. You will also manage and oversee the organisations pay review focuses. You will be responsible for the central HR system and the integration to the wider school network, using MI and data reporting to identify improvements to the HR operations process. You will have the full remit of HR ops including oversight of payroll, pensions and benefits administration. Due to the nature of the organisation you will have experience working with compliance and safeguarding processes.
Within this role you will have 5 direct reports supporting the smooth running of the employee lifecycle, people related MI and management of HR systems and administration. To be successful in this role you will have worked in a similar sized business of 3000-4000 headcount in a senior HR Operations role. You will have lead on a full pay review, note that in the education field you will work to banding therefore complex pay review experience is not necessary however you will have supported payroll and comp and benefits integration. You will have experience running full HR processes in order to offer an efficient and effective HR Service to the organisation.
